Welcome to Sæl: your guided intuitive healing practice.
My name is Farah, and I am your guide through this journey of transformation and alchemy.
You are the healer. I invite you during our Sæl sessions to attune into that source within. I serve as a guide, channel, mirror and companion along your healing path.
My gift is in intuitive guidance. I channel source energy, with consent and guided by the highest good of all, I tap into your energy field to uncover what you came ready to reveal to yourself for ultimate growth and healing. I receive tailored guidance by connecting with your guides and often serve as a medium sharing messages across the veil with late loved ones who are there to support your becoming. Last, I supplement our sessions with guided channeled mediations, practices, and/or journaling prompts to invite you to solidify the journey and integrate it to settle in your new way of being.
I am on a mission of uncovering the authentic seed within each of those who are called to be in their sovereign essence.
I designed the logo for Sæl inspiried by my own in-progress healing path and rooted with energies of light in the lotus, power through the marigold, and being like the sunflower.
We are here to shine. Now, let's begin.
My own guidance for you is in changing the middle, perhaps the 'messy middle' in which this finds us, as that ripples in impact upon the beginning and the end of your story in this life to merge into oneness with life's effortless flow.
We Sæl together in each session with elements of the Lotus, Marigold, and Sunflower guiding us with their properties of power, light, and being.
Power
Light
Like the lotus that grows from muddy waters while remaining pure, we cultivate authentic being that allows us to thrive despite our circumstances. The lotus flourishes as it is, without waiting for its environment to change. It's the light in the darkness.
The Marigold thrives in harsh conditions, symbolizing persistence through adversity. Its power penetrates darkness, yet is gentle in its guidance, knowing what and how to heal what is ready to repair. The Marigold guides us in recovering our power throughout our journey of transformation no matter what circumstances may present along the way.
Being
Like the Sunflower that grows towards the sun, we embody a natural inclination for light, facing difficulty with poise, which infuses our lives and to those around with optimism while naturally drawing healthier opportunities forward. Sunflowers choose light regardless of what surrounds them. And like them, when turning toward the light, we become light ourselves.
Sæl's etymology originates from both Hebrew in Sha’al שָׁאַל, which means “to ask for” or “requested, suggesting a divinely-gifted or prayed for child, as well as the Arabic سيل meaning “flowing” or “stream”, both suggesting the prosperity of life’s flow.

Where it began.
My name is Farah Al Chammas. I began my journey of healing when I was in my early 20s. I had sought all sorts of ways to find God, to find belonging, to feel whole, to find myself. Perhaps you can relate.
Many of us struggle to uncover who we are actually versus who we are expected to be and the many examples of what is possible in this life.
For me, the journey had to begin with unbecoming, remembering my sovereignty: a calling I self-initiated when I called for a grand life, which I'd initially identified with becoming a tech founder with a multi-million exist and big reach. Somehow and despite the sparks of success, life has led me here.
